2. Delivery

  • Delivery Dates: Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary depending on availability and weather conditions. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days of delivery are subject to the Return and Refund Policy below.

3. Return and Refund Policy

  • Perishable Nature: Due to the perishable nature of our pumpkins, we are unable to offer refunds on pumpkin packages once we are within 5 days of your delivery.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Orders canceled within 5 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund.

4. Pictures and Marketing

  • Consent: By using our porch set-up service, you grant us permission to take photographs of your porch display for marketing purposes. These photos will be used in a discreet manner, avoiding any sensitive information like home addresses, full names, or faces of individuals.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time.

5. User Content

  • Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to any content you upload to our website or social media platforms.
  • License: By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content for marketing purposes.
