• Delivery Windows:  During checkout, you'll have the opportunity to choose a preferred delivery window (e.g., morning, afternoon, evening). We'll do our best to accommodate your request while ensuring efficient delivery routes.  However, due to the nature of seasonal demand, the final delivery time may vary slightly. We'll keep you updated and provide an estimated time of arrival within 24 hours of your delivery date.
• Delivery Day Magic!  On your delivery day, our friendly team will arrive to create your spooky masterpiece. To ensure a smooth setup, please ensure your front porch is clear of any unnecessary items, such as furniture, toys, or decorations.  This allows us to create a hauntingly beautiful display for your Halloween enjoyment.

• We currently deliver within these zip codes: 94402, 94403, 94404, 94002, 94065, 94070, 94063, 94062, 94061, 94025, 94303, 94301, 94305, 94306. For deliveries outside of this area, a small additional fee may apply.
• Deliveries are made Monday-Friday during the Halloween season. Specific dates will be available during checkout.
